Christmas star toast with salmon, parmesan, and lean ham |
8 slices of light sandwich bread.- 250 g of smoked salmon.
- 200 g of white ham.
- 100 g of sliced Parmesan.
- 2 fresh figs.
- 1 lemon.
- chopped parsley.
Preparation:
Cooking: 15 minutes - For: 8 People
- Toast the slices of white bread in the toaster.
- Using a cookie cutter in the shape of a small star, cut several stars from the slices of sandwich bread, the smoked salmon, the Parmesan, and the ham.
- Assemble the toasts by pricking on toothpicks a star of sandwich bread, a star of ham, a star of Parmesan, a star of salmon, and then again a star of sandwich bread.
- Repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used up.
- Decorate the toasts with the pieces of figs or lemon and the chopped parsley.
- Enjoy.
