Lean Fish Curry with Coconut Milk for Light Breakfast |
Ingredients:
- 400 g of white fish without bones without skin (cod, sea bream, whiting…).
- 20 cl of coconut milk.
- 20 cl of water.
- 1 C. of curry powder.
- 1/2 tsp. of curry paste.
- 1 onion.
- olive oil.
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
Cooking: 25 minutes - For: 4 People
- Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole dish.
- Sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
- Then add the two curries and mix for 2 minutes.
- Incorporate the coconut milk then the water and let simmer.
- Cut the fish into large pieces and add it to the casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, turning the fish halfway through cooking.
- Check the cooking of the fish and serve to pipe hot with coriander and white rice.
