Lean Fish Curry with Coconut Milk for Light Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of white fish without bones without skin (cod, sea bream, whiting…).
  • 20 cl of coconut milk.
  • 20 cl of water.
  • 1 C. of curry powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. of curry paste.
  • 1 onion.
  • olive oil.
  • salt pepper.

Preparation: 

Cooking: 25 minutes - For: 4 People

  1. Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole dish.
  2. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the two curries and mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the coconut milk then the water and let simmer.
  5. Cut the fish into large pieces and add it to the casserole dish.
  6. Salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, turning the fish halfway through cooking.
  7. Check the cooking of the fish and serve to pipe hot with coriander and white rice.
