Light cabbage bites with shrimp and green apple salad

Ingredients:

  • 40 g of flour.
  • 60 ml of water.
  • 25 cl of skimmed milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • 20 g of low-fat butter.
  • 100 g of peeled shrimp.
  • 1 green apple.
  • 1 small new onion.
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice.
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:

Cooking: 40 minutes - For: 6 People

  1. Clean and cut the apple in half. Core it and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Clean and finely chop the onion.
  3. Mix the lemon juice with the shrimp, apples, and onion in a bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the water, butter, and 1 pinch of salt.
  7. When the mixture is simmering, add the flour and mix until you get a thick dough.
  8. Dry the dough over low heat then let cool.
  9. Add a beaten egg and mix well.
  10. Place the preparation in a pastry bag and form small piles on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes.
  12. Leave the cabbages to cool completely when they take them out of the oven.
  13. When the cabbages have cooled, cut them in half and garnish them with the shrimp salad.
  14. Place the bites in the fridge until tasting.
