Light cabbage bites with shrimp and green apple salad |
Ingredients:
- 40 g of flour.
- 60 ml of water.
- 25 cl of skimmed milk.
- 1 egg.
- 20 g of low-fat butter.
- 100 g of peeled shrimp.
- 1 green apple.
- 1 small new onion.
- 2 tbsp. of lemon juice.
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
Cooking: 40 minutes - For: 6 People
- Clean and cut the apple in half. Core it and cut it into small cubes.
- Clean and finely chop the onion.
- Mix the lemon juice with the shrimp, apples, and onion in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- In a saucepan, heat the water, butter, and 1 pinch of salt.
- When the mixture is simmering, add the flour and mix until you get a thick dough.
- Dry the dough over low heat then let cool.
- Add a beaten egg and mix well.
- Place the preparation in a pastry bag and form small piles on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Leave the cabbages to cool completely when they take them out of the oven.
- When the cabbages have cooled, cut them in half and garnish them with the shrimp salad.
- Place the bites in the fridge until tasting.
