Ingredients:

  • 1 homemade sweet and light pie crust (made from 0% yogurt).
  • 125 g of ground almonds.
  • 50 g of chopped peeled almonds.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 125 g of applesauce without added sugar.
  • 60g powdered sweetener.
  • 1 C. of rum.

Preparation:

Cooking: 20 minutes - For: 6 People

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Roll out the pie dough on a floured work surface with a rolling pin.
  3. Cut the dough into 6 disks of the same diameter (a little larger than your tart molds).
  4. Line the tart molds with the dough discs. Book.
  5. Beat the powdered sweetener with the applesauce in a bowl.
  6. Add the eggs, rum, and ground almonds and mix well.
  7. Pour the almond cream into the tart molds.
  8. Sprinkle the tops of the tarts with the chopped blanched almonds, pushing them lightly into the almond cream.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tarts are golden brown.
  10. Leave to cool when removing from the oven, then unmold.
  11. Serve.
