Low-fat tarts with two almonds |
Ingredients:
- 1 homemade sweet and light pie crust (made from 0% yogurt).
- 125 g of ground almonds.
- 50 g of chopped peeled almonds.
- 2 eggs.
- 125 g of applesauce without added sugar.
- 60g powdered sweetener.
- 1 C. of rum.
Preparation:
Cooking: 20 minutes - For: 6 People
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Roll out the pie dough on a floured work surface with a rolling pin.
- Cut the dough into 6 disks of the same diameter (a little larger than your tart molds).
- Line the tart molds with the dough discs. Book.
- Beat the powdered sweetener with the applesauce in a bowl.
- Add the eggs, rum, and ground almonds and mix well.
- Pour the almond cream into the tart molds.
- Sprinkle the tops of the tarts with the chopped blanched almonds, pushing them lightly into the almond cream.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tarts are golden brown.
- Leave to cool when removing from the oven, then unmold.
- Serve.
