Ingredients:

  • 220 gm of Flour.
  • 25 cl of Skimmed Milk.
  • 4 Eggs.
  • 2 very ripe Bananas.
  • 1 teaspoon of Liquid Vanilla.
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon Powder.

Preparation:

Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 4 People
  1. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yolks with flour and milk.
  2. Add the banana puree and vanilla, mix well. Gently fold in the egg whites with a wooden spatula, without breaking them.
  3. Spread a ladle of dough in a pre-oiled non-stick pan. Then cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Keep two or three days in the fridge and reheat for breakfast.
