Breakfast special light banana pancake |
Ingredients:
- 220 gm of Flour.
- 25 cl of Skimmed Milk.
- 4 Eggs.
- 2 very ripe Bananas.
- 1 teaspoon of Liquid Vanilla.
- 1 pinch of Cinnamon Powder.
Preparation:
Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 4 People
- Whip the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yolks with flour and milk.
- Add the banana puree and vanilla, mix well. Gently fold in the egg whites with a wooden spatula, without breaking them.
- Spread a ladle of dough in a pre-oiled non-stick pan. Then cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Keep two or three days in the fridge and reheat for breakfast.
