Ingredients:

  • 1 Boneless and Tied leg of Lamb weighing 2 Kg.
  • 400 gm of Tomato Paste.
  • 5 cloves of Garlic.
  • 2 Sprigs of fresh Rosemary.
  • 1 Cube of Vegetable Broth.
  • Salt Pepper.

Preparation:

 Cooking: 60 minutes - For: 4 People

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. On a flat plate, mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper, then roll the leg in it on all sides.
  3. Peel the garlic and cut it into strips, lengthwise. Make notches in the leg with a small knife and slide the strips into it.
  4. In an oven dish, pour the tomato paste, and thin out the rosemary. Add 10 cl of water and the crumbled cube.
  5. Place the roast in the dish and bake for at least 1 hour, more if you like a well-cooked lamb.
  6. Serve hot with pan-fried or roasted vegetables!
