Light and fluffy roast lamb in the oven |
Ingredients:
- 1 Boneless and Tied leg of Lamb weighing 2 Kg.
- 400 gm of Tomato Paste.
- 5 cloves of Garlic.
- 2 Sprigs of fresh Rosemary.
- 1 Cube of Vegetable Broth.
- Salt Pepper.
Preparation:
Cooking: 60 minutes - For: 4 People
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- On a flat plate, mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper, then roll the leg in it on all sides.
- Peel the garlic and cut it into strips, lengthwise. Make notches in the leg with a small knife and slide the strips into it.
- In an oven dish, pour the tomato paste, and thin out the rosemary. Add 10 cl of water and the crumbled cube.
- Place the roast in the dish and bake for at least 1 hour, more if you like a well-cooked lamb.
- Serve hot with pan-fried or roasted vegetables!
