Raspberry and cinnamon light milkshake |
Ingredients:
- 100 g of fresh or frozen raspberries.
- 10 cl of skimmed milk.
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sweetener.
- 1 Pro-points unit per glass.
Preparation:
Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 1 Person
- Pour into the bowl of a blender and mix the fruit with the milk and cinnamon, until a frothy mixture is obtained.
- Add the sweetener just before drinking and enjoy!
