Ingredients:

  • 100 g of fresh or frozen raspberries.
  • 10 cl of skimmed milk.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sweetener.
  • 1 Pro-points unit per glass.

Preparation:

 Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 1 Person

  1. Pour into the bowl of a blender and mix the fruit with the milk and cinnamon, until a frothy mixture is obtained.
  2. Add the sweetener just before drinking and enjoy!
