Cod papillote with lemon and thyme
Cod Papillote
Ingredients:

  • 2 cod fillets.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 1 sprig of thyme.
  • olive oil.
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:
Cooking: 25 minutes - For: 2 People

  1. Wash and pat dry the cod fillets. Place them on sheets of Aluminum Foil.
  2. Clean and cut the tomato and half the lemon into slices.
  3. Place them on the fish fillets.
  4. Pour the juice of the remaining half lemon and a drizzle of olive oil on each papillote then sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Close the papillotes and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, checking the doneness.
  7. Enjoy hot with rice or boiled potatoes.
