Cod Papillote |
Ingredients:- 2 cod fillets.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 lemon.
- 1 sprig of thyme.
- olive oil.
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
Cooking: 25 minutes - For: 2 People
- Wash and pat dry the cod fillets. Place them on sheets of Aluminum Foil.
- Clean and cut the tomato and half the lemon into slices.
- Place them on the fish fillets.
- Pour the juice of the remaining half lemon and a drizzle of olive oil on each papillote then sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Close the papillotes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, checking the doneness.
- Enjoy hot with rice or boiled potatoes.
