Sweet peach and the walnut breakfast omelet |
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of the Skimmed Milk.
- 4 Eggs.
- 1 small tin of Peaches in Syrup.
- 1 tablespoon of Walnut Kernels.
- 1 teaspoon of Sweetener.
- 1 teaspoon of Cooking Margarine.
Preparation:
Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 4 People
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and sweetener.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the margarine. Pour in the eggs and distribute the peaches and nuts on the surface.
- Cook over medium heat, without covering, for 3 to 7 minutes according to your tastes.
- Enjoy immediately for a day on the right foot.
