Sweet peach and the walnut breakfast omelet

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of the Skimmed Milk.
  • 4 Eggs.
  • 1 small tin of Peaches in Syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon of Walnut Kernels.
  • 1 teaspoon of Sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon of Cooking Margarine.

Preparation: 
Cooking: 5 minutes - For: 4 People

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and sweetener.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat the margarine. Pour in the eggs and distribute the peaches and nuts on the surface.
  3. Cook over medium heat, without covering, for 3 to 7 minutes according to your tastes.
  4. Enjoy immediately for a day on the right foot.
