Turkey stew with light peppers for a slimming breakfast
Turkey stew with light peppers for a slimming breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of turkey fillet.
  • 1 red pepper.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • 3 onions.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 2 stalks of celery.
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of light cream.
  • olive oil.
  • chopped parsley.
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:
15 minutes - Cooking: 50 minutes - For: 6 People
  1. Clean and seed the peppers. Cut them into thin strips.
  2. Clean and cut the celery stalks into slices.
  3. Peel and finely chop the Onions and Garlic.
  4. Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp. Tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole dish.
  6. Brown the poultry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the peppers, tomatoes, onions, and garlic then simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Salt and pepper then bind with the crème fraîche, mixing well.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
