Turkey stew with light peppers for a slimming breakfast
Ingredients:
- 800 g of turkey fillet.
- 1 red pepper.
- 1 green pepper.
- 4 tomatoes.
- 3 onions.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 2 stalks of celery.
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of light cream.
- olive oil.
- chopped parsley.
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
15 minutes - Cooking: 50 minutes - For: 6 People
- Clean and seed the peppers. Cut them into thin strips.
- Clean and cut the celery stalks into slices.
- Peel and finely chop the Onions and Garlic.
- Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- Heat 2 tbsp. Tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole dish.
- Brown the poultry for 3 minutes.
- Add the peppers, tomatoes, onions, and garlic then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Salt and pepper then bind with the crème fraîche, mixing well.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
