Slimming Fish Roast in the oven |
Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of Saithe.
- 200 gm of sliced Mushrooms.
- 4 Potatoes.
- 1 Onion.
- 1 Lemon.
- 1 glass of dry White Wine.
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
- 2 tablespoons of Chopped Parsley.
- Salt Pepper.
Preparation:
Cooking: 30 minutes - For: 4 People
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Peel and chop the onion and parsley.
- Mix with the Mustard Oil to form a Cream.
- Spread the flesh of the fish fillets with this cream, then layer them two by two, skin facing out, and tie them up like roasts.
- Place in an oven dish and surround with mushrooms, then potatoes cut in half.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, and white wine.
- Salt and pepper, then bake for 30 to 40 minutes, watching.
