Ingredients:

  1. 4 fillets of Saithe.
  2. 200 gm of sliced ​​Mushrooms.
  3. 4 Potatoes.
  4. 1 Onion.
  5. 1 Lemon.
  6. 1 glass of dry White Wine.
  7. 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
  8. 2 tablespoons of Chopped Parsley.
  9. Salt Pepper.

Preparation:

Cooking: 30 minutes - For: 4 People

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and parsley. 
  3. Mix with the Mustard Oil to form a Cream.
  4. Spread the flesh of the fish fillets with this cream, then layer them two by two, skin facing out, and tie them up like roasts.
  5. Place in an oven dish and surround with mushrooms, then potatoes cut in half.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, and white wine.
  7. Salt and pepper, then bake for 30 to 40 minutes, watching.
  8. Don't hesitate to add the vegetables of your choice around the fish.
